1. Who is responsible

MLR Digital LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA, operates ArrivalHelp and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact details are in the footer of every page.

2. What we collect today

Before checkout opens, we collect only what you choose to send us: the email address you leave for a launch notice, and anything you write to us by email or WhatsApp.

This site sets no advertising or analytics trackers.

3. What we collect when you order

Filing an e-ticket requires, per traveler: name, sex, date and place of birth, nationality, passport number and expiry date, occupation, marital status, country of residence and address — plus your flight and accommodation details, and the customs answers required of adults.

We also keep order and delivery records. Card details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.

4. How long we keep it

Passport details are deleted within 24 hours of delivering your QR document.

Order records — who ordered, what was delivered, and when — are kept as required for accounting and dispute handling, with passport data removed. Launch-list emails are kept until the list is retired or you ask off it, whichever comes first.

5. Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run this: website hosting and delivery, transactional email, and payment processing — each under its own data-processing agreement.

And the government portal itself, which is the point of the service: your details go into the official form, on your instruction.

We never sell personal data. To anyone.

6. Where data lives

Our providers process data primarily in the United States.

7. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion. Email us; we respond within 30 days. These rights track the GDPR and the California CCPA where they apply to you.

8. Children

Orders can only be placed by adults. Children's traveler details are provided by a parent or guardian solely to complete the required form, and are deleted on the same 24-hour schedule.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Each version carries a date and a number.
