The Dominican Republic e-ticket, handled.
Every traveler needs one, entering and leaving, on every trip. Send your details once. We complete both forms for your whole group and the government's QR code lands in your inbox.
The official e-ticket is free. You can complete it yourself at the government's site: eticket.gob.do. ArrivalHelp is a private filing service and is not affiliated with any government. Our fee is for completing and checking the form for you, for your whole group, and standing behind it with an automatic refund if we miss your deadline.

- Both tickets included
- Up to 6 travelers, one form
- Refunded if we miss your deadline

How it works
Send your details
Names and passport details, flight, and where you're staying. A few minutes on your phone, once, for the whole group.
We file with migración
A person completes the official form on the government portal, field by field, and checks it against what you sent before it goes in.
QR in your inbox
Most orders are delivered within 24 hours of payment — and always before your portal deadline, or you're refunded automatically.
What you receive
The portal issues one QR code for your whole group, as a PDF. That document — issued by the government's own system — is what we deliver to your inbox.
Airlines ask to see the QR at check-in, and immigration scans it when you land. It's the same document you'd get filing yourself; we make sure it's done right and on time.
This is a drawing of the government's document, not a filed ticket — we redraw it so we can leave the state's own emblems off a commercial page. Yours arrives as the portal's PDF, with your details filled in.

Straight answers
The things people actually worry about, answered on this page instead of buried in fine print.
- “Is this the official site?”
- No. The official portal is eticket.gob.do and the form there is free — that link sits above our buy button on purpose. ArrivalHelp is a private filing service. If you'd rather do it yourself, use the official site and you'll be fine.
- “Will I be denied boarding without it?”
- Airlines usually ask for the QR at check-in, so flying without one is a bad idea. What you receive from us is the document the government portal itself issues. One honest note: nobody can promise you entry — that decision always belongs to the Dominican authorities. What we stand behind is a correct form, filed on time.
- “What if there's a typo?”
- A person checks every field against the details you sent before filing. If something is still wrong, we correct and refile at no charge — the portal accepts a corrected form and honors the most recent one.
- “What if it doesn't arrive in time?”
- If we haven't delivered before your portal deadline, our system refunds you in full, automatically — you don't have to ask — and emails you the official link with clear instructions so you can still file yourself.
- “Is my passport data safe?”
- We use your details to file the form, then delete passport data within 24 hours of delivery. We don't sell data, and this site runs no ad trackers. The privacy policy says all of this in plain words.
- “Who even are you?”
- MLR Digital LLC, a registered company in Wyoming, USA — the full address is in the footer of every page. Email us and a person replies within one business day. More on the about page.
- “Why would I pay for a free form?”
- You wouldn't, if you don't mind government forms — it is free, and the link is right here on this page. Our customers pay for the time back and the certainty it's done right: one set of details, every traveler on one form, a person who checks it, and a refund that fires on its own if we're ever late.

support@arrivalhelp.comIs the Dominican Republic e-ticket free?
Yes. The official form is free at eticket.gob.do, the government's own portal, and nobody needs to pay anyone to get one. ArrivalHelp charges for doing it for you — completing and checking the form for your whole group and standing behind the deadline — never for the ticket itself.
Do I need an e-ticket for the Dominican Republic?
Yes. Everyone flying into or out of the country needs one, on every trip, whatever their nationality or age. There's one for entry and one for exit, and airlines usually want to see the entry QR at check-in.
When should I fill it out?
Any time before check-in — the portal accepts forms well ahead of your flight, and a few days before flying is comfortable. If your trip is close, don't put it off: the form takes longer than most people expect, about ten minutes when everything goes smoothly.
Do children need an e-ticket?
Yes, travelers of every age are covered — children are added to the family's form by a parent or guardian. The customs questions apply only to adults 18 and over. Up to 6 travelers share one form and one QR.
Do I need one to leave the country too?
Yes — there's an entry ticket and an exit ticket, and the exit one is the one people forget until they're already at the airport. Both are covered by the one price here. The portal offers the exit ticket at the end of the entry form, so we complete them in the same sitting and you get both back together.
How fast is delivery?
Most orders are delivered within 24 hours of payment — and always before your portal deadline, or you're refunded automatically.
Can the form be changed after it's filed?
Yes. Details can be corrected up until shortly before your flight, and the portal honors the most recently created form. When we've filed for you and something needs fixing, we fix and refile at no charge.
