Do I need an e-ticket for the Dominican Republic?
Yes. Everyone flying into or out of the country needs one, on every trip, whatever their nationality or age. There's one for entry and one for exit, and airlines usually want to see the entry QR at check-in.
When should I fill it out?
Any time before check-in; a few days ahead is comfortable. If your trip is close, do not put it off: the form takes about ten minutes when nothing goes wrong.
Do children need an e-ticket?
Yes, travelers of every age are covered. Children are added to the family's form by a parent or guardian. The customs questions apply only to adults 18 and over. Up to 7 travelers share one form and one QR.
Do I need one to leave the country too?
Yes. There is an entry ticket and an exit ticket, and the exit one is what people forget. Both are covered by the one price, filed in the same sitting, and you get them back together.
How fast is delivery?
Delivered within 24 hours of payment, always before your portal deadline, or refunded automatically.
Can the form be changed after it's filed?
Yes. Details can be corrected up until shortly before your flight, and the portal honors the most recently created form. When we've filed for you and something needs fixing, we fix and refile at no charge.
What if the government's site errors while filing?
It happens: sessions stall and steps reject. When it does, we start the form again at no charge until it goes through. Your deadline stays ours to meet, and if we miss it, the refund is automatic.
