The official ticket is free

The Dominican Republic e-ticket is issued free of charge by the government at eticket.gob.do. Anyone can complete it there — it takes about ten minutes when everything goes smoothly. That option never goes away, and we link it wherever we mention our price.

What ArrivalHelp is

A private filing service operated by MLR Digital LLC, a US company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the government of the Dominican Republic or any other government.

Nothing we produce is a government document. The QR you receive is issued by the official portal, where we file on your behalf, with your authorization.

What our fee pays for

Completing the form for your whole group, checking every field against the details you gave us, filing it on the official portal, delivering the QR to your inbox before your deadline, and fixing and refiling at no charge if anything is wrong.

What happens if we're late

If your QR hasn't been delivered before your portal deadline, you're refunded in full, automatically — and we send you the official link with instructions so you can still file yourself. Details in the refund policy.

The assistance declaration

The official form asks whether anyone assisted in completing it. When we file for you, that question is answered “Yes” — always. It's the truthful answer, and the portal provides the field precisely because assistance like ours exists.
