Who we are

ArrivalHelp is run by MLR Digital LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. We're a small team that works in Dominican Republic travel — and we kept watching travelers fight the e-ticket form at the worst possible moment: the night before a flight, on hotel wifi, with the whole family's passports spread across the bed.

So we made it our job. One clear price, a person who checks the work, and a refund that doesn't wait for you to complain.

What we do

We complete required travel entry forms for people who'd rather hand them off. You send your group's details once. A person completes the official form on the government portal, checks every field against what you sent, and delivers the official QR document to your inbox — before your deadline, or the fee comes back automatically.

What we are not

We are not the government, and we're not connected to it. The Dominican Republic's e-ticket is free at eticket.gob.do, and it always will be. If you'd rather do it yourself, use that link — genuinely.

We say this on every page because it's true, and because any site in this space that hides it is telling you something.

Why trust us with passport details

We use them to file your form, and we delete passport data within 24 hours of delivery. No data sales, no ad trackers on this site. The privacy policy spells it out.

Where we're going
